What Your Club Can Access
Officially recognized SSF Clubs receive access to services and opportunities designed to help their members, executives, and activities succeed.
Funding and a Club Account
Every officially recognized club receives access to an SSF club account and may receive funding based on the number of registered members at the beginning of each semester.
Club funds can help support approved activities, supplies, programming, events, and other eligible expenses.

Support From SSF Clubs Staff
The SSF Clubs team is available to answer questions, explain club policies, help executives understand their responsibilities, and provide guidance throughout the academic year.
Space Booking and Event Planning Support
Club executives receive support with space booking, event planning, required approvals, activity coordination, and other preparations needed to successfully organize club events.
Invitations to Major Campus Events
Recognized clubs may be invited to participate in large events across Seneca campuses, including Clubs Fest, International Days, Frosh, and other community-building activities.
These events give clubs opportunities to recruit members, promote their activities, and connect with the broader Seneca community.
Social Media and Promotional Support
Clubs may receive support promoting their activities through SSF communication channels, social media, event promotion, and other approved promotional opportunities.
Professional Development Opportunities
Club executives can develop practical experience in leadership, communication, budgeting, teamwork, event planning, and organizational management.
These experiences strengthen resumes, portfolios, job applications, and future professional opportunities.
Professional and Academic References
Eligible club executives may receive professional or academic references from the Clubs Manager based on their participation, leadership, reliability, and contributions to their club.
