Key Responsibilities

  • Answer questions regarding SSF services, events, and policies
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Inform students of the SSF’s Health and Dental Insurance Plan, Shuttle Bus Service and other SSF services 
  • Assists with the completion of insurance claim forms
  • Schedule appointments and book meeting rooms
  • Sell and track SSF event tickets
  • Receive and file various forms, applications and mail
  • Provide administrative support to each department as needed
  • Count and balance till/cash box at beginning and end of shift
  • Clean, organize and stock reception area
  • Coordinate opening and closing of office as assigned

Qualifications

  • Vaccinations are a condition for students, employees and others on official Seneca business to come on campus during the Fall 2022 semester.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Seneca College program
  • Must reside in Ontario
  • Must have a valid Social Insurance Number
  • Must have an account with a Canadian bank
