The Seneca Student Federation Board of Directors has called a Annual General Meeting of their membership (full-time, fee-paying students) on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 12:00 noon in the Senecentre at Newnham campus.
The purpose of this meeting is to approve the following items:
- Amended SSF By-Laws, Section 7.02 and 7.03 to comply with Ontario Coorporations Act, Section 290
- SSF General Election Results
- Financial Statements as of April 2017
- Appointment Yele and Partners as the SSF Auditor for the 2017/2018 fiscal year
Questions will also be welcomed at the meeting. For those not able to attend the meeting at Newnham, live streaming will also take place at the King, Markham and Seneca @ York campuses. Live streaming locations will be in the student lounges at the campuses.
The Seneca Student Federation continues to keep the best interest of Seneca students at the forefront and strives to make the SSF more transparent, accountable and effective. Members are encouraged to review the proposed changes; ask questions; and make an informed decision.
